Pod 001 — open now

Casa Allende

Centro Histórico · 8 residents · 3 courtyards · 6 min walk to the Parroquia

Main courtyard

Long lunches, evening calls, the pod's default meeting spot.

01 / 05

A house built for long days and slow evenings

Cantera columns, a pebble-mosaic patio and 18-foot beamed ceilings — the kind of building you can't rent alone. Mornings run quiet: the courtyard becomes desks, call booths sit behind the kitchen, and the corridor holds the good light until two. Dinner is at the long table at eight, and nobody has to cook it.

Pods move together. Everyone arrives the same week and commits to at least a month, so you get a cohort instead of a rotating hostel.

We match the people before the room.

Every applicant tells us what they're working on and how they work. Pods are assembled for overlap — founders, writers, designers, researchers — so the person at breakfast actually understands your Tuesday.

One voice from each house

Pods run 28 nights at a time. Most people book a second before the first one ends.

“I came for the fiber and stayed for the eight o'clock table. Three months in I'd shipped more than the two quarters before it, and I hadn't thought about groceries once.”

Maya Ruiz

Staff engineer, fintech

Pod 001 · three cycles

“Twenty minutes of vineyard road does something to your calendar. I took fewer meetings and made better decisions in all of them.”

Ines Delacroix

Founder, climate hardware

Pod 002 · one cycle

“Five people is the right number. One table, one dinner, no scheduling — and the Jardín is four minutes downhill when you want strangers again.”

Priya Nandakumar

Technical writer
