The homes are built by Nativo Tiny House, with PODLife in between: buy one, rent it until it's yours, or lease it while you stay.

  • Buy

    Buy a home through PODLife, from $39,500. We handle the order with Nativo and the setup on your pad, so there is one company to deal with from start to finish.

  • Rent to own

    Move in and pay monthly, with part of every payment going toward owning the home.

  • Lease

    Lease a home that is already on site for as long as you stay, and hand it back when you move on.

The homes, and what they cost

Prices in US dollars to buy outright through PODLife, with the home delivered and set up on your pad. Every home arrives equipped and furnished. Your quote confirms the final price and any taxes, and rent-to-own and lease terms are quoted home by home.
